ZeroBG provides a local, client-side tool to remove image backgrounds and edit images directly in your web browser. The service is provided 100% free of charge for both personal and commercial use.

Because the processing runs entirely on your local hardware, you agree to use the service in accordance with your device's operating parameters. We do not impose limits on file size, pixel count, or processing volume, but your browser tab may crash or freeze if your device runs out of memory (RAM) or processing resources during large jobs.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

We claim no ownership, copyright, or licensing rights over the images you upload, edit, or process through ZeroBG. You retain full ownership and responsibility for any content you import into the application.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses and permissions to use and edit any images you process. You may not use this tool to infringe upon the intellectual property or copyright of any other person or entity.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use ZeroBG to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Infringe upon or violate the rights of others, including privacy and copyright.
• Attempt to disable, bypass, or interfere with the security features or CDN operations of the site.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

ZeroBG is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the background removal neural network will produce perfect masks for all image types, that the site will run uninterrupted on all browsers/devices, or that it will be entirely free of bugs or errors.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ZeroBG or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
